Three Beavers .
The Three Beavers is an Imperial Red Ale from Howe Sound Brewery. The
glass if filled with an amber-chestnut coloured ale that is topped with
two full fingers of lasting head. Coming through the head are notes of
caramel, Cascadian hop and foreshadowing of a creamy texture. The taste
is mid-sweet that builds into a toasted caramel, northwest hop flavour
profile. The Three Beavers is strong but a creamy texture helps to
mellow the taste into something smooth and very enjoyable.

Dark Matter
Deep inside the Hadron Collider physicists hurtle sub-atomic particles

unlock the mystery of the elusive unseen fabric upon which our universe
is embroidered: Dark Matter.

Loser Pale Ale
Light tropical flavors balanced with a crisp malt-hop finish. Loser was one of the first general-production beers to use Sorachi Ace
hops, the Japanese variety rescued from obscurity and grown exclusively
by Virgil Gamache Farms in Washington’s Yakima Valley. The waxy,
coconutty and compelling flavor carries through the beer, combining with
crisp and spicy Crystal finishing hops. And at 7% alcohol by volume,
Loser isn’t your mainstream summer lightweight. For Elysian, Sub Pop and
the beer-savvy public, having Loser available throughout the year is a
clear win-win.

Creepy Uncle Dunkel
Pilsner's creepy uncle. Dark and complex, the most misunderstood of all
lagers. Dark Munich malts and a litle roasted wheat give this brew a
rich, vanilla, and nutty-sweet palate with a dry, rounded finish.
Unfiltered as always. Maybe it's the long decoction mashes or the 5 week
lagering time spent alone in the cold... or maybe he's just a
complicated dude?

Märzen
Märzen, which means "March" in German, is a classic German beer style
created before the invention of refrigeration. Back then, brewers
weren't able to brew lagers during the summer months the temperatures
were too high for the lager yeast to ferment properly. So in March,
brewers would stockpile beer which was cellared in cold, dark caves
during the summer. In October, when temperatures had cooled, and it was
time to brew again the remaining beer was pulled from the caves and
enjoyed by the towns people in a celebration we now call Oktoberfest.
Russell Märzen is copper-coloured lager
which rich, toasted malt aroma balanced by the clean bitterness of
German Hops and distinct noble hop aroma. Perfect for paring with
roasted meats and harvest vegetables.

Disruption IPA
Compulsion will drive you to distraction. While most of us
are happy languishing in the comfort of predictability, there are a
select few who are restless. They spend their days trying desperately to
hide an urgent need to disrupt this culture of mindless repetition, but
their desire to maintain appearances is ultimately overshadowed by
their fascinations.
Get ready to challenge what you think about dark beer. This black IPA
is a calculated anomaly. It looks big and scary like a stout, but it
drinks like an IPA. Close your eyes, you’ll never guess how far into the
dark you're sinking. With its fresh hop aroma and roasted malt flavour,
Disruption is a whole new beast.Welcome to the lab.

Boss”!

Kees American Barley Wine
A Barley Wine is a treat for the malt lovers, offering a big, thick,
sticky malt body. A traditional English style would have low hop
bitterness. Often a beer for the sweet-tooth, they are a prefect
dessert beer to sit on and sip at the end of the night. As seems to happen, the US takes a traditional style and adds a US
touch. That is, US hops. So the American style Barley Wine is a big
malty body with a fruitier and punchier edge to the hop character. Kees! American style Barley Wine uses Cascade and Citra hop. The result is a dark reddish-brown beer with a dense body. The aroma
is full of bready malts and over-ripe fruits. The taste is full of
caramel malts, dark dried fruits, a touch of citrus and earthy
bitterness. The finish is long and semi-sweet. It is a beer that will evolve as it warms up, so one to sip and savour.

Noir
Noir blends two signature brews of the Pacific Northwest: coffee and
beer. This coffee milk stout combines roasted malts with smooth cold

milk sugar (lactose) makes this beer reminiscent of the most satisfying
cup of joe; distinctive and delectable.

Raven Cream Ale
The R&B Cream ale is a classic beer from a long-standing staple of
BC craft beer. Pouring from the bottle the raven is darker than typical
for a cream ale as a copper colour and pours with 2 fingers of thick and
creamy head. The beer smells of a sweet, lightly burnt malt flavour and
a touch of hop. The flavour is a creamy and light with a big of a hop
kick to it. When people think Cream Ale, they may think of a beer with a
bigger body than this but a nice balance of sweetness, malt character
and hop bitterness makes this a light and very enjoyable beer from East
Vancouver’s R&B Brewing Company.

Caveman - BBQ Sauce!
Bourbon Coffee BBQ Sauce -
Caveman BBQ sauces are produced by Mad About Food. Founded in 2000, Mad
About Food has grown and changed over the years. A few years ago, we
began sourcing certain specialty food brands we’d found and felt our
clients and other retailers could sell to their clients. In April 2012,
we moved into our own small scale production facility. Demand for our
own products has grown so much that we need the assurance of our own
production plant to keep up. We’re passionate about our products and the
service we give to all our clients – both consumers and retailers.

Hoyner Pilsner
On the third night, I handed my sweetie a tall slender Pilsner.
Perfectly poured. While holding it up and gazing either at it, or
through it at me, she said softly, “you are so fine to me.” It was hard
to tell if she meant to be heard. “Ambiguity, thy Name is Woman”, I
nearly uttered. Whether she was speaking to me, or to the beer, it was
merely semantics. The deal was sealed. I would make it my life”s work
to make fine beer.

4 Mile Brown Ale
This is our Grande Damn Wham. A big bodacious classic English style
brown ale. Could we use more superlatives? Why yes we can. Five luscious
malts including crystal, chocolate & roasted barley are nuzzled
together to create a full-bodied malty beer with notes of caramel, mocha
and coffee and chocolate. It saturates the palate, rolls off the sides
and down the gullet. It’s an affable accomplice to a hearty beef stew,
bacon gorgonzola risotto, or a day at the beach eating peanut butter
cookie dough right out of the tube wrapper.

Blackwing Baltic Porter
Inspired by the thousands of Still Creek Crows that fly over our brewery to their nightly roost, this Eastern European style beer is as dark as their wings. Critical Point Pale Ale
The pressure is on. It’s going to take cunning to blend
science with instinct and the clock is ticking. But timing is everything
and precision is the only thing that matters. Confidence, analysis and
art collide to create a perfectly balanced beer. And, when it comes down
to the wire, success tastes even more satisfying.
This true Northwest Pale Ale is all about timing. An emphasis on late
hop additions with notes of tropical hops, Critical Point is extremely
smooth. The alluring citrus aroma will draw you in and the well-rounded
caramel finish will keep you coming back.
Belgian Golden Strong Ale
Our Barrelholder series pays homage to the contributors of a successful campaign that allowed us to get an early start on the
delicious process of barrel aging. Cheers to the original Barrelholders,
and to you, the holder of this bottle!
This limited release Belgian Golden Strong Ale is crafted to be
bright and crip with a medium body. Lightly fruity and spicy, the aging

Hermannator
Hermannator pours into the class as a near black ale with one finger of
head. The head disperses very quickly giving an aroma of chocolate and
toasted malts. The flavour is creamy with chocolate and caramel that run
along side the expected strong ale flavour. The alcohol content is
quite apparent at 9.5% but the creamy texture helps to smooth this stiff
drink. The colour, ABV and intensity of this beer will shake off some
of those who try, but if you can handle it you will undoubtedly like
this beer.
